Wife to the sweetest husband ever. Mom to six wonderful children. Trying to keep my family healthy. Interested in the best way to achieve health. Our family is crazy fun, which means that we are not always as healthy as I would like. My children use the word "hippie" a lot when explaining to friends why we do many of the things we do........raw milk, no microwave (my 4-year-old calls it the cancerwave.....not sure where she got that;), no soy, vitamin d, not vaccinating, etc. Learning as I go. Surprised at how much I do not know!
