About Me
I am a teacher, a mother, grandmother, aunt, sister, and wife. I love to cook, especially new, healthy recipes to feed my family. I do yoga, have a guitar, African drums, and love to drive through all the forested areas, sit on the ground, and enjoy nature.
Presently, I am starting a business as a spiritual care practitioner, where I will be helping others pass through the grieving process, as well as other traumas.
