About Me
For years I've been passionate about doing what is right. Occassionally I let that passion get in the way of my innate good sense. Then I end up doing, saying or thinking something that's not correct, helpful or kind. As I experience life with all it's twists and turns I'm certain that the truth is out there but I do not have the whole picture and I never will. I'm reminded of the movie "A Beautiful Mind" about a mentally ill mathematician who came up with an economic concept that just might save the world. The jist of the theory is that in economic negotiotions no one gets the top prize. I certainly do need to study more about this concept. But my explaination for how this works is that no one is worthy of getting everything they want in neigotiations. No one is that great. And when someone gets everything they want they can start to think they can have anything they want. That leads to abuse and "god-like" behavior in humans who certainly are not even close to knowing what is best for themselves let alone what is best for everyone else.
