About Me

I am happily married and live in Florida.  I recently was on a diet where I eliminated sugar from my diet completely and was able the lower my blood pressure.  I have decided to continue on a sugar free live style although I have readded  makiwhole grains and some fruit back into my meals.  It is amazing how much better I feel since adopting this very low sugar diet.
