About Me

My interest in health is mainly due to my grandmother. She read all she could about it, encouraged us to eat well and would tell us things like, you need to get sun for a half hour each day. My poor health is the other reason. I've had endocrine, immune, digestic, toxin issues and have had candida, heavy metal poisoning and now Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. It took me a while to admit I had CFS because I hate to have a label and hope that all the underlying issues are really the issue but it's a syndrome that happens when the body is pushed too far and I have it. After reading Robert O. Becker's 'The Body Electric' and articles by Dr. Mercola and others such as Dietrich Klinghardt I am currently exploring EMFs as one of the many causes of our health problems and climate change.
