Yes, that's how it works. You start at 7.5 twice a day, and increase by that amount (15, 22.5, 30, etc) until you get up to 75 and stay there a few days (see Wilson Temperature Syndrome site for details) and then you cycle down. It took me about a year, most people do better. My temperature got up to normal, then I had some super-stress and it dropped again. I'm stable now, have lost over 20 pounds. I'm just lucky my doctor recognized the problem. My former Dr said the tests didn't show a problem and ignored my weight gain, carpal tunnel, and other symptoms. Even my swollen thyroid!
