Yes, that's how it works. You start at 7.5 twice a day, and increase by that amount (15, 22.5, 30, etc) until you get up to 75 and stay there a few days (see Wilson Temperature Syndrome site for details) and then you cycle down. It took me about a year, most people do better. My temperature got up to normal, then I had some super-stress and it dropped again. I'm stable now, have lost over 20 pounds. I'm just lucky my doctor recognized the problem. My former Dr said the tests didn't show a problem and ignored my weight gain, carpal tunnel, and other symptoms. Even my swollen thyroid! Just google Wilson's Low Temperature Syndrome, or even just low temperature syndrome. There are other sites dealing with this. Good luck.
