About Me
I am a 57 year old man that has recently taken charge of my health and diet. Having had 40 years of abusing my body I am suprizingly in good shape and health, and I want to keep it that way. I have been lifting weights for 6 months solid now, but I've appearently damaged my shoulders and forarms from being too agressive. Now I;mm loki9ng for a better way to gain bulk and strength without damaging my health and body.
