About Me

A new mom since December 2008 of a beautiful girl. Our family including my husband of 3 years currently live in Arkansas. My health journey began at Dr. Mercola's site a couple years back and has taken me in so many wonderful paths since that time. I am excited that I have so much more to learn and incorporate into my life in the years to come.
