I am a 48 year old mother of five. I am a freelance graphic designer who works from home to be with my husband who is disabled and care for my two children who are still in school. I am very focused and determined to learn all I can about nutritionally and holistically caring for my own health and the health of my family. I find it to be such a challenge in this junk-filled world of ours!
