About Me

I am an health activist and advocate.  I subscribe to the benefits of alternative medicine.  I was treated for prostate cancer by Dr. Nicholas Gonazlez over 18 years ago. This was with his metabolic therapy. I will never got to an allopathic doctor again. I have been treated with accupuncture for back and neck pain, and now I am almost pain free. I try to walk about 15-20 minutes a day, and I engage in exercise about 10 minutes a day, I still read without glasses. and consider myself in excellent health.  i have not had a sick day in over 30 years other then my prostate cancer. I do volunteer work at USC/Norris Cancer Center.
