I believe in God. I love mother nature, one of His best gifts to us -- right behind the gift of good health.
The older I get, the more I realize that getting "back to basics" is the best approach to healthy living; you are what you eat, garbage in/garbage out!
I don't want or need lots of friends... I do want and do need a few true friends!
