Hi, Not eating gluten/dairy/soy/sugar and taking vitamins/good oils and LDN may help anyone who needs to be at a psychiatrist office and much more. See my profile. Thanks for the great links. I flushed so much from niacin that I could not breathe....I want to take it...since I know it would clean the cholesterol out of my brain. Thanks for your great help.
