Have always enjoyed learning about natural methods to healing.

I enjoy tasty Indian food (hmm not so good for health?) and also fresh salads with avocado.

I am fast approachign 60, think I am 30, but the body sometimes behaves like it is 70!!!!

Excerecise is challenging, although going for a walk at the beach is a joy.
