About Me

My personality is light hearted with a sense of optimism, that is where I naturally gravitate.  I enjoy a healthy lifestyle where I meditate at least once a day, I enjoy eating nutrient dense yummie food, hiking, golfing, learning to surf, reading and becoming more informed about how to take care of myself and those around me.  I am studying to become a Doctor of Traditional Oriental Medicine in Santa Monica, California.
