About Me
I have always been interested in learning and utilising holistic and alternative medicine. I grew my own food for many years having learned organic gardening and animal husbandry from my father. I am not happy with how large corporations have taken over the food business and cringe whenever I shop in any large chain grocery store. I try to shop as smart as I can and try to limit my families carbon footprint. Always looking forward to new insights into living well and smart!
