I eat animals primarily. I also eat coconut oil and avocados in abundance. In moderate amounts I eat non starchy vegetables, nuts, and full fat dairy. I rarely eat fruit (prefer berries), starchy veggies, and use natural sweeteners very sparingly. I eat no grain, legumes, artificial sweeteners/flavours, and rarely processed food of any kind. My diet ranges from 65-80% fat (I'm having increased benefits from getting my fat to the 80% range), 15-30% protein, and 5% carbs. Certainly my way of eating is not for everyone, but it has cured every single health problem when nothing else did. My health and energy is unbelievable. My body is dropping pounds without effort.
