Thanks for friending me, Pookie. I'm afraid I can't give advice on low thyroid because I had a hard rough nodule on my thyroid rather than a low thyroid. I'd suggest you check out Dr. Brownstein. He is an expert on the topic. It can take physician monitoring to know whether one is on target. Kelley
