About Me
I am a certified special educator with 4 children, 2 of whom are grown and 2 teenage special needs children. I have environmental and food intolerances which make life very difficult at times. I am always seeking out what is best for my family and myself with regard to foods and supplements. I am looking forward to improving the health of my family.
