I am an overweight diagnosed diabetic who is changing to a better lifestyle for health purposes. I love to cook and bake which create a challenge for trationing into the new lifestyle. I am interested in doing the raw/living foods and have some experience in preparing foods the raw way and am networking to expand that to permenant.
