About Me

I am a 47-year old mother of 5 who spent 9 years working for a corporate healthcare giant.  I saw greed up front and close.  I have also watched the changes in grocery stores over the years as vegetables are most likely able to last significantly longer than they used to without much refrigeration.  My husband and I are very concerned with the state of our environment and the number of toxins we are all exposed to on a daily basis.  We do our best to live a healthy lifestyle and use preventative healthcare instead of Western medicine.
