About Me

I am very health conscious. i have found that all my suffering in the past is due to the food i consume. I have been one of the fittest people ever. I lived in a small town had great food and did a lot of exercise. but then the town turned into a city. We used to be like "when will a macdonald or a dominoes open in our city". We ate chinese food. And now I am obese and unhealthy. My quest for more info has got to me to this site.
