About Me

I've been interested in health and wellness since I was a pre-teen.  Now I'm 42, happily married for 19 years, a homeschooling mom of 5 children, ranging in age from 2yrs to 17 yrs of age.  I work part-time as an RN in a nursing home.  I appreciate and value Dr. Mercola and all the priceless information he shares.  I'm currently practicing with EFT/MTT and am truly fascinated with energy healing. I am a born-again Christian and love Jesus, first and foremost!
