I stopped seeing medical doctors in 1987 except for a periodic full physical.  I stopped doing all drugs in 1989.  I only do and recommend alternative medicine. 

I explain what I think... what I eat... how I exercise... and, what I do when I mess up for healing in my Ravings of a Mad Man article on "The Health God Meant" at www.revdeacon.com... in Spiritual Knowledge.
