I,ve been health conscious whole life ,more so last 7 yrs battling unknown illness. Finally discovered it was Lyme disease ... now onward thru the Fog ,finding ways to live with Lyme ..."What doesn't kill you ,makes you stronger " ....and cynical ,never trust another Dr. . I believe strongly there are many people out there who have Lyme and do not know it. It almost killed me ,this last winter ,between the intense pain and the skeptiscm of all around me ,who had no compassion ,thought I was a "drug seeker " hypochondriac pain in the ass... I was close to taking my life . Now I can identify others who need support w/chronic pain and I hope to be able to help others as I myself get "well" . Disregard claim by testing for Lyme a negative ,Iwas bitten in 2000 and I believed them when they said I didn't have it ... now i believe the Dr.s at clinic had an inkling that I did have it ,and instead put me thru a litany of anti-depressants ,cymbalta, Lyrica , you name it ,the Dr.s tried to get me to take it ...they have now labeled me ,mentally unstable !!!! Be very suspicious of low income clinics who push BIG PHARMA ,diligent in your own research ... really should be exposed for what they are doing and punished for their ignorance and greed ...Anyone who is told they have MS ,fibromyalgia ,arthritis ,I have it ALL!!! and migraines to top it all off . Really it's Lyme ,and I needed anti-biotics and then a regime to battle it intelligently w/diet ,herbs , to control the disease . QUESTION AUTHORITY !!!
