I'm all about Detoxifying... body, mind, and spirit.
I am a Clarity Coach, and a Licensed Massage Therapist (UT) specializing in the care of childbearing women. I am a prenatal/postpartum massage specialist. I am also the mother of two boys, who were both born at home. I am an advocate for empowered choices in birth and for drug-free birth.
Additionally, I have used nutritional cleansing, dietary changes (vegan, clean-eating, raw, and others) to heal my body and I am passionate about helping others to do the same.
