ADA or Azodicarbonamide, is an Endocrine disruptor which is added to many breads and flour based products. It is found in a large part of the American diet. ADA is a plastics foaming agent. Added to bread dough it decomposes producing fine gas bubbles mimicking yeasts CO2 release giving bread it's even holes. ADA causes asthma & respiratory problems, food alergies, changes to the liver,spleen,kidneys & urinary tract. Sudden urges to pee are just an early warning of ADA poisoning and may be accompanied with shortness of breath and wheezing. ADA reaction biproducts are even more dangerous. Semicarbazide,ethyl carbamate & Biurea, attack many host organs & are known carcinogens and mutagens. ADA's use is banned in Europe, Australia and other countries and should be banned in the USA. The bread used by McDonalds, Subway, Dunkin Doughnuts and other fast food chains is unfit for human consumption. Why ? Because of the use of ADA.
