About Me

I am a 68 years old female with an excellent health.  However, I have been taking thyroid medication for the last 12 years and have now developed a high blood pressure problem.  I am looking into changing my levothoroxin into natural thyroid med.

I eat a very good diet, over 75% raw vegetables, some fruits and no read meat.

I intend to live well in my 90's.....  I want to enjoy my grandchildren for many years.
