In my opinion one of the healthiest green teas is a Japanese tea called MATCHA, the ENTIRE LEAF is ground and there's very minimal processing which results in a very GREEN colour. Also beware of WHERE you're purchasing green tea because it can have high levels of Fluoride which is extremely hazardous to your health. You can google it to learn more about it and good luck !!!!!

Hi RE your question on green tea yes green tea should be green in colour, most green teas are brownish in colour because of the "processing" of the tea, it is this processing that causes it to be oxidized giving it that brownish colour.
