About Me
I have owned a health food store and learned a great deal there and am invested in the new learnings and findings about the relationship between nutrition and supplementation and long-term health.
However I often feel like a voice crying in the wilderness as my occasional comments are mostly taken as those of a person who simply picks up tidbits of information and takes them as truth, with a new fad all the time.
I do believe the foods we eat and the way we eat them, the noise and "music" most often included in shopping or eating out, especially in fast food joints, have a great deal to do with the viiolence we see rising in our country, coth self-directed and other-directed
