About Me

I am a 63 year old great grandmother. I am young at heart and feel that this wonderful site has helped keep me looking young, and free from the usual aches and pains and degenerative diseases of someone my age and older. My very dear Grandmother used to always say "I'm going to live til a hundred and twenty". Said with an accent as she was Polish; the accent being on the w of twenty, it would sound like tventy. I want to do it for her, but not just stay alive, I want to be alive. My own mother was very progressive when it came to health foods, I grew up hearing all about it being better to eat brown anything rather than white etc, and along the way I would be told bits of this and that, like aluminium pans are bad for you, or you miust filter your water (she actually bought me a filter). Sadly, my Mum Rose, died late last year at age 84 after living with Cancer for twenty years. Mum refused to have surgery or biopsies etc and tried all sorts of things known to her like Q 10, Grapes etc. Nothing worked because she didn't know what I know now from listening to Dr. Mercola. How I wish that I had heard of him a few years earlier. Good Health Sandra
