About Me
I have always been interested in health and wellness NATURUALLY. I am currently a full time bible teacher and do many charitable activities. I most recently came out of the corporate lifestyle that ruined my health traumatized my soul and made me very overweight. I am finally finding my peace. I have a WONDERFUL husband who supports all my endeavors. My hobbies are ceramic painting, stamp collecting, cooking, gardening and travel. I feel that if I gave up sugar I would be thin again and feel better so I am working up to that goal. But I love it... and I love baking. UHG. prior to the corporate world I used to hike alot and I miss that. I suffer from acid reflux and have tried everything. I drink my Zrii everyday which helps me feel wonderful. I have 3 grandchildren but people never guess I am a grandma and I have to say I love that. They are the new loves of my life though.
