I love my children, my family and my pets.

I had an epiphany about 15 years ago when someone sent me a tape entitled "Dead Doctors Don't Lie." It opened my eyes to the poor quality of the food we eat and the importance of taking good quality nutritional supplements. People tell me I look 10 years younger than I am and this is the reason. I eat healthy organic food whenever possible and am exercising according to the new guidelines.

I have a strong work ethic and am very organized.

I am considerate of those around me in any situation, whether I'm driving, working or playing.
