About Me

I am a retired US Coast Guard Commander.  I have worked in the oil and gas business for 16 years and now am a self employed consultant.  I have been married to the same wonderful woman for 38 years.  We have 3 children and 6 grandchildren.  Both my wife and I have been blessed with good health which we jealously guard by eating properly and getting enough exercise.
