About Me

I am Enrico, currently living in Australia. I am disabled from a brain tumor removed, February 2007 which is unfortunate for me, and has been caused by cell phone usage from over a decade of use. 

I try to live life to the maximum through exercise, proper diet and mental stimulation in various forms. Through experimentation I am trying to repair my brain cells from the brain damage. I have found that every brain injury trauma situation will vary according to various circumstances involved.

There are many excellent books and various methods on the subject of brain rehabilitation however there is no magic cure. I battle hard with rehabilitation to regain a strong body. I enjoy reading books, academic books of all types, health, fitness, brain plasticity, neurogenesis, neuroscience, plus many others that keep my brain educated, malluable and motivated.

With perseverance I hope to create new neurons and pathways in my brain. Time will tell what happens. It has been two years after after the operation and I am slowly trying to adjust and fit into society. I hope to do voluntary work with disabled people when I am a little stronger and more confident.

I am blessed with very compassionate friends who treat me no differently than before the brain tumor surgery. A tight social network has been of great benefit to me, this gives me the strength to endure. I like meeting other people and sharing my experience which proves educational to them.

The Mercola newsletters are a plethora of information, which has also improved my quality of life immensely.
