Hi, You sound like my friend who is Celiac and very low in weight like you. She is trying cheeses too from goats. Some people can have dairy after they are gluten free and heal the tips of their intestines which make lactase to digest lactose. You maybe ok now to eat dairy. I will never eat dairy...it gave me seizures, depression no medicine could help and demyelinated me and more....I used to eat only gluten/dairy when I was young. I don't know if my body will allow me to ever eat it again. Each person is different.

Can you eat meat? I can't. Walnuts/eating before bed/fruit put weight on me. Fruit hurts me, so I don't want it...it is not worth the pain/suffering it gives me.

Can you eat sweet potato? Rice? I don't exercise enough...sit alot...I am not underweight. Celiac heals the gut...then can absorb more food. I have low thyroid...so that may cause my weight to be higher. I also need bioidentical hormones. Estriol makes a person gain weight..blocks thyroid alittle. I take estriol/progestersone/testosterone. Estriol makes fat and fat makes estrogen...vicious cycle. I am normal weight.  Best wishes.
