About Me
I am a health conscious woman who strives to make good choices with regard to lifestyle, eating and activities. I have lived life in two countries and I'm about to embark on a third and final chapter in a country which I have never visited, in a climate with which I am totally unfamiliar. I try to get to the nitty gritty of things and find the middle way without excesses of any kind. My family spans the globe and I am not at all impressed with advertising and marketing of "stuff" that people don't need. My philosophy is to keep it simple and keep it transparent.
