About Me

I am a very healthy 57 year old female who has recently started exercising again (and I had forgotten how darn GOOD it makes me feel!).  I am 5'6" and currently weigh 145 lbs which is 20 lbs over my ideal weight.  It's mostly visceral so I MUST get rid of it...and I will! (-:  Iam very interested in anatomy and physiology and have, for somer time now, sought alternative approaches to good health and I find Dr. Mercola's newsletter very insightful and fascinating.  I'm very appreciative of people who challenge the status quo and the POWERS THAT BE.  Thank you Dr. Mercola.
