About Me
Over the past few years I have become a student of healthy living. Briefly I take every morning a drink of tomatoe juice with plant derived colloidal minerals, hydrogen peroxide and take supplements, vitamin E, red krill oil capsules, centella asiatica capsules and natural astaxanthin capsules. I wear barefeet nearly all the time, get 20-30 mins naked sunbathing in the middle of the day nearly every day (and I live in Queensland Australia) not just for the vitamin D but for the healthy light frequencies that the sun provides, exercise every day including: running (jogging and sprinting), surfing, static exercises (regime of pressups, situps etc), Tai Chi and Chi Gong. I eat virtually no processed foods, no sugar and no trans fats, while eating animal fats, butter, raw milk, meat and whole vegetables. I meditate every day and have a beautiful loving wife and family that makes my home a haven. I have not been sick from anything for at leat 7 years including colds and flus.
