HI, I don't know about the dip stick test, but $1 urine pregnancy test may detect HCG given off by cancer. If it tests positive for men/women...it may be cancer. Thermal imaging may also help...detect cancer.Pancreas cancer and all cancer maybe due to Celiac...gluten/dairy/soy/sugar make the immune system go down. 2000mg of fish oil and 5000IU of Vit D3, Vit C, zinc and Nature's Plus- Source of life may help. Celiac help may help the body absorb more nutrients/raise pH/raise oxygen as the cells are rebuilt. Celiac can cause low thyroid and lower oxygen/energy in the cell.
