About Me

I am do physical therapy 3X's per week & acupuncture twice a week for the work related injuries to both shoulder.  I suffer from damage to both shoulders, arthritis of the neck plus upper & lower back pain.  I suffer from barretts desease & take nexium 40mg X2 daily.  I also suffer from moderately high blood pressure & moderaterly high colesterol.
