I used the castor oil applied to an old clean t-shirt, thoroughly saturated, covering my granddaughter's abdomen/chest area, covered with a new clean trash bag to prevent staining of other fabrics. Applied two hot water botttles to abdomen/chest to keep the oil warm and help it absorb faster.
