Still struggling with my chinups | 01-14-2012
My right biceps injury seems to be getting better, but I still get some pain when I try to do pronated grip (pro-ups I call them) instead of the supine grip (sup-ups I call them).
I guess I'll stick with the easier version for now. I just wish I could get more decent reps. My world for a lat pulldown.
I've been avoiding blowing my limited funds on a gym but maybe if I bought membership for a week or month and just went crazy with high reps and built dat der endurance up, returning the the pullups at home would feel better.
