UrsulaMargrit, thanks for your response. Since I can't send an attachment, herewith is a protocol I wrote for several people over the years. Toss it or keep it. Thank God you are finally in the hands of a capable "healer" whose only business is getting you well!
Protocol:
Protocol- Yeast Infection, called candidiasis (from candida albecans)
(Note: most of my N.D. friends didn’t know everything contained in this protocol, but were glad to know of them now.)
The candida infection is the result of having made a lot of poor food choices for a long time that encouraged the production of the “yeast” that is attacking the body. The “cure” is a radical change in choosing the right foods for your body. There is NO “quick fix” for the “cure.” Without the “bad” foods that support its life force, it MUST die away, without using ANY medicines or prescription drugs.
The M.E.V.Y. diet counteracts candidiasis almost as well as nystatin, an expensive, dangerous prescription drug. (Statin drugs of any kind are VERY dangerous drugs to put into YOUR body, God’s Temple.) MEVY stands for: Meats, Eggs, Veggies, Yogurt.
Use the MEVY Diet NO MORE THAN FOUR WEEKS, as it is inadequate to maintain health for longer periods. It is ONLY to kill off the candida albacans yeast lurking in the body, causing and nourishing the “yeast” of the yeast infection.
After three or four weeks on MEVY diet, start re-introducing a few of the veggies listed below. If you can, start juicing immediately after, since it will provide the greatest nutrition in the least amount of time.
BASICS:
>Eliminate all forms of sugar, including white, brown, turbinado, Honey, Splenda, etc.
>Eliminate all products made with white flour, all pasta and white rice, white potatoes, gluten grains such as corn that make a yeast infection – candidiasis – much worse.
>Eliminate all caffeinated drinks such as coffee, tea, chocolate - anything. Decaf is okay.
>Avoid ALL milk and dairy products, but not yogurt, plain or vanilla only.
>Avoid all commercial soups, vinegar, all pickled products and some condiments, but not ketchup (catsup). NO “prepared foods.”
>Desserts: Eat NO man-made concoction desserts. Have an apple or orange or cherries or strawberries or blueberries for a “dessert.”
>Use brown rice, oats, whole grains (such as whole grain breads), Wheat Germ, Wheat Germ oil (solvent extracted ONLY, not cold pressed). Sprinkle One Tablspn. Wheat Germ DAILY on salads, cereals, baked potatoes, etc.
>If eating meats, avoid all muscle meats such as steaks (ground or whole) and chops; use organ meats such as liver, kidneys, which are high in B-vitamins.
>Eat three or more YAMS each week (a sweet potato IS NOT a Yam). Bake, or grate RAW into salads is better than cooked.
>Yogurt, unsweetened: eat 3 or 4 each week, WITH NO “fruit on the bottom,” which is loaded with sugar.
>Use One Tablespoon DAILY of lecithin granules on salads and cereal, or mix with juice.
>Take One Tablspn. Wheat Germ oil (solvent extracted ONLY, NOT cold pressed), or, use equivalent in capsules, but solvent extracted ONLY. You will NEED A LOT of the capsules to get what your body needs.
>Eat only “real” foods, not man-made processed phony foods, like American cheese or “cheeze whiz,” which are not foods; they are made in a chemical factory.
>Snack on veggies and fruit ONLY, like carrot sticks and celery sticks, apples. Take small bites, and chew very well before swallowing. Do not ‘snack’ on a banana.
>EVERY DAY: Eat three or more Tablespoons of 2 or 3 of each of the following color vegs:
(a) green leafy vegs. (b) a red veg., (c) an orange veg, (d) a purple veg, (e) a green veg, (f) a yellow veg.
>Eat veggies RAW, juiced or steamed. Juice is the “world best.” Cook only for occasional variety, but not often.
>If you must eat meat, choose “white” meat: fish or fowl, NEVER red meats.
>Eggs: 2 each day; hard boiled, soft boiled or poached; never scrambled or raw. Omelette gently cooked is Okay. Eggs are loaded with protein and nutrition. Don’t worry about the cholesterol; it’s very tiny (adequate vitmain C regulated cholesterol).
>Water: drink 8 glasses daily, bottled or mineral water; use some lime or lemon juice for a change of flavor.
>“Seasoning: use Sea Salt ONLY, and sparingly. Black Pepper is Okay. NO MSG “flavoring” or paprika (MSG).
>Butter: sweet ONLY; NO margerine (a trans fat that CAUSES Alzheimer’s dis.).
>Salad dressing: Make you own. Use virgin olive oil, sesame seed oil, sunflower seed oil, walnut oil. Add lemon or lime juice, NO vinegar.

Supplements, Daily:
>B-complex (Hi-B-50 or –100) vitamin capsule, three times daily
>Vitamin-E-complex capsules (alpha, beta, gamma, delt forms all in one capsule), 400 I.U. at 3 times daily
>Choline-Inositol tablets or caps: 500 mg Inositol; 1,000 mg Choline
>Manganese 2 mg tablet, at 4 times ea. week
>Bromelain tablet
>Papain tablet
>Mineral complex tablet or capsule (Must contain small dose of Iron; (NEVER use Iron tablet supplements. Spinach is high in Iron; RAW is best in salads; frozen is Okay)
>Selenium, organically bound (NOT selenium selenite)

UrsulaMargrit, you may have stated the problem backwards. Cankers are not caused by Celiac d. Celiac d. is a group of symptoms given a name by MDs. You have correctly stated that all such symptoms are related to a nutritional deficiency. In your case, the cankers are but one of several symptoms of Celiac dis. Since a profound deficiency in most of the B complex of vitamins brings a host of symtoms, It is noteworthy that taking, minimally, a high B-50 complex capsule daily will almost surely prevent such outbreaks of symptoms like cankers et al.
