About Me

very interested in natural health, have read trmendous amound on natural healing, still keep learning. I love gardening, cooking and animals.Not spending enough time outdoors. Tried Atkins and went down 1 dress size but then stagnated. missed the fruit and reverted, put the weight back on..Need something I can do for life, can't see any point in doing a lot of excercises and then not be able to keep it up. I walk every day 15 mins to 1 hour. when working i am travelling 1h30 mins to work, so spend about 3 hours travellling a day. I get home at 10pm as a rule.. I am a bit stuck in the way I eat. Mainly salads and meat/fish.
