About Me

I am retired, a widower, and live with two of my sons, my 11 year old dog, Coco - a Shetland Collie - and a 5-month old cat. I follow Dr. Mercola's web site, along with Dr. Becker's as the articles are very interesting, particularly those on human and animal food, showing how "well" our government protects our food chain.  My daughter, Dr. Dolly Lowe, is a B.E.S.T. chiropractor in Fort Worth, Texas and shares an office with Dr. Toby Erwin, who is also a B.E.S.T. chiropractor.
