I'm an artist and small business owner in Hawaii.  Recently, somewhat by accident I discovered that wheat gluten has been making me sick for my whole life - I'm 48.  I'm very skeptical as a rule, but have come to trust Dr Mercola in the last 6 months.  Have you ever tried poblano chilis stuffed with raw milk cheese, dipped in (quinoa) flour and fried?  I'm eating one right now.
