My main focus is getting this information and this book to those suffering so they have the opportunity of surviving emphysema and COPD. I provided my mother with only the prescribed medications and treatments for the first two years and watched her deteriorate down to End Stage or Stage IV emphysema. I realized she would not survive unless her treatment went in another direction.
