About Me

I believe that in nature, God has already created the substances we need in order to make us well and keep us well.  As I get a little older, I'm beginning to value alternative natural remedies as opposed to chemical pharmaceuticals even more. 

My father-in-law is 82 years old and is healthy as a horse!  He believes that one reason he's still so active is that he has stayed away from doctors and prescription medicines.  I believe he could be right...so whenever I have an ailment, the first thing I do is to research how I can remedy it naturally.

I'm interested to see what all I can learn from this group!PO B
