About Me

I am a Christian single Mother of 2 boys (ages 12 & 13).  I'm also a Music Therapist & am learning from my 85 yr.old health-nut Mother (raised on a farm) that many Natural remedies & lifestyle practices are neither very well-known nor widely accepted - esp. in my Behavioral Medicine Hospital workplace.  Being one of the oldest Moms in my area (nearly 54 now), I'm increasingly concerned about the world's "advances" in technolgy, our precious food supply, & lately, even the safety (?) of our airways, & the future of my boys.
