I'm 72. I'm on absolutely NO meds. I'm a vegetarian; have been for approximately 37 years, began taking B12 about 3 months ago...presently looking over, thinking about Ubiquinol. Drinking only alkaline water for past 11 years. I've been involved with health education since 1975 as a layman. We were medical missionary evangelists for 12 years in Alabama, Georgia, Idaho and Tennessee, '79-'91...real great experience...no real money, stipends only, but heart changing. I'm presently working, 7 and 1/2 years now, for a reverse mortgage company helping my fellow seniors find out about reverse mortgages...it's turning into a real ministry also. David
